What we collect
- From the enquiry form: your name and contact details, your height, weight and date of birth, the medications and supplements you take, and anything else you choose to write.
- During coaching, an audit or another service: your blood test results and assessment answers, what you tell us on calls and in messages, and your weekly check-ins, which cover sleep, energy, sessions completed, weight, waist measurement, photographs and nutrition adherence. Calls are transcribed to produce meeting notes.
- By email: your address and the content of your messages.
- When you pay: a record of the payment.
Health information
Height, weight, date of birth, medications, supplements, blood test results, photographs and anything else about your health are sensitive. We collect them only because you provide them, and we use them only to assess your application, to coach you or to carry out the service you have booked.
We do not sell health information, share it for advertising or use it for any other purpose.
By submitting the enquiry form you agree to the information in it being used to assess your application and, if you become a client, to plan and run the course.
Why we use it
- To assess an application for coaching.
- To deliver our services and keep a record of them.
- To reply to you and send information about your service.
- To keep business and tax records.
AI software from Anthropic and OpenAI is used to prepare call notes, written reports and draft replies from call transcripts and messages. Lawrence reviews everything before it is sent.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a service are deleted on request. Client records are kept for the length of the service and afterwards as business records, unless you ask for them to be deleted. Payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires.
Where it is stored
These providers store information in the United States and in other countries where they operate. Client files are also kept on the business's own computers.
Who has access
Access to client information is limited to Lawrence Elliot and the service providers listed above.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email lawrence@lawrenceelliot.com from the address you used with us.
Where you live may give you further legal rights over your information. This policy does not limit them.
Requests are answered within 30 days.

This website has no accounts, sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Its fonts are served from the site itself.
Age
Our services and the enquiry form are for adults aged 18 and over. Information received from anyone younger is deleted.
