These terms cover this website and the services and publications of Lawrence Elliot Media LLC. Using the site, applying for coaching or booking a service means you accept them.
Who we are
This website is operated by Lawrence Elliot Media LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company formed on 18 June 2026. Its registered address is 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
Lawrence Elliot is the professional name of Lawrence Savage, owner of Lawrence Elliot Media LLC.
In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Lawrence Elliot Media LLC. "You" means the person using the site or buying a service.
What we provide
- One-to-one coaching across training, nutrition, sleep and behaviour, sold as a six-month course in three blocks and delivered remotely by video call and messaging.
- The audit: a profiling questionnaire, one 60-minute one-to-one video call and a written profile of your blind spots and strengths.
- Strategy maps: a full assessment, a written strategy map and one 60-minute video call.
- Continuation: monthly coaching for clients who have completed the course.
- Written publications, released as The Sovereign Architect on Substack. Substack's own terms apply to any account or subscription you hold there. Sponsored placements in the publication are sold by written agreement.
- Social media content.
We do not sell or ship physical goods.
No medical advice
Our services and everything we publish are education and decision support. None of it is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and using it does not create a physician-patient relationship.
We review what a client already takes, including supplements and prescribed medication, and advise on it as part of the plan. We do not diagnose, prescribe or supply anything. Prescription decisions sit with the client's own physician. Lawrence Elliot is not a physician.
Speak to a physician before you change your training, nutrition or sleep if you have a medical condition. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
Applying and being accepted
Coaching is by application and places are limited. We may decline an application. Sending an application does not create a contract.
The contract for the course starts when Lawrence Elliot Media LLC confirms your place in writing and the first payment is received.
An audit is booked by email. The contract for an audit starts when the booking is confirmed in writing and payment is received.
A strategy map is booked by email. The contract starts when we confirm the booking in writing and payment is received.
Continuation is offered at the end of the course. It runs month to month from the first monthly payment.
Fees and payment
The fee for the course is US$3,000. The payment schedule and the accepted payment methods are confirmed in writing when a place is offered, before any payment is made.
The fee for an audit is US$350. The time of the call and the accepted payment methods are confirmed in writing before any payment is made.
The fee for a strategy map is US$750. Continuation is US$450 a month, paid monthly in advance. Sponsorship is priced from US$500 and agreed in writing. For each, the accepted payment methods are confirmed in writing before any payment is made.

Refunds and cancellation

Delivery
How and when our services reach you is set out in the shipping and delivery policy, which forms part of these terms.
Privacy
How we collect and use your information, including health information, is set out in the privacy policy.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information in your application or booking and while we provide a service, including health information.
- Tell us promptly if your health or your medication changes.
- Keep your own physician informed, and follow their instructions on medical matters.
- Decide for yourself what to act on. You train, eat and live at your own risk.
Our services are for adults aged 18 and over.
Results
We make no promise of any specific physical, medical or financial result. What happens depends on your own actions, health and circumstances.
Intellectual property
Essays, documents and other material we produce remain our property. Material prepared for you as part of a service is for your personal use. Please do not publish, resell or share it without written permission.
You keep ownership of everything you send us.
Using this website
Do not try to disrupt the site, reach data that is not yours, or copy the site wholesale.
Links to other services, including Substack, Tally and X, are there for convenience. Those services run under their own terms.
Liability
The services are education and coaching and do not include medical care. You remain responsible for your own health decisions and for consulting your physician.
To the extent the law allows, the total liability of Lawrence Elliot Media LLC is limited to the fees you have paid for the service concerned, and it is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
Nothing in these terms removes a right you have under the consumer law of the country where you live that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from its effective date. A change does not apply to a service already paid for.
