This policy covers refunds and cancellation for the services sold by Lawrence Elliot Media LLC: the six-month coaching course, continuation, audits and strategy maps.
Fees are non-refundable
All fees are non-refundable. Once a payment has been made it is not returned, whether or not the course is completed, the call attended or the document used. The exceptions are set out below, service by service.
Why
Places are limited and the work starts when payment is received. The assessment, the bloodwork review and the written strategy are prepared for one client and cannot be reused.
Stopping the course
You may stop the course at any time by writing to lawrence@lawrenceelliot.com. Stopping does not create a right to a refund of fees already paid. Any payment not yet due at that point is cancelled.
Results
No result is guaranteed, and the result of a service is not grounds for a refund.
Calls
A call can be moved with 24 hours' notice. A missed call is not replaced.
Audits
The fee for an audit is non-refundable once paid. The call can be moved with 24 hours' notice. A missed call is not replaced.
If Lawrence Elliot Media LLC cancels an audit and cannot offer another time, the fee is returned.
Strategy maps
The fee for a strategy map is non-refundable once paid. The call that forms part of it can be moved with 24 hours' notice. A missed call is not replaced.
If Lawrence Elliot Media LLC cannot deliver the document, the fee is returned.
Continuation
Continuation is paid monthly in advance. A month's fee is non-refundable once paid. You may stop at any time by writing to us, and months not yet paid are cancelled.
If we end a course
If Lawrence Elliot Media LLC ends a course for its own reasons, fees paid for blocks that have not started are returned. This does not apply where the course is ended for non-payment or abusive conduct.
Subscriptions and sponsorship
Paid subscriptions to The Sovereign Architect are sold and billed by Substack, and Substack's own terms apply to them.
The fee for a sponsored placement is non-refundable once the issue has been published. If the placement is not published, the fee is returned.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes a right you have under the consumer law of the country where you live that cannot be excluded by agreement.
